Hi guys i have 2 lights one that has done 3 grows and 1 that has done 1, they have been mixed up.

Is there anyway i can tell which one will be more efficient.

I have tried a photographers light meter, but it gave the same reading for both.

Any Ideas?

if you tried a light meter and there the same , then dont think youll know or maybe they are the same
