Evening all well i had to bust up the drobe and put a end to growing for a while as i live in a small flat and with a baby due i just don't have the room.

So i was thinking about a small grow with cfl's i'm not to fussed about yeild but at the same time dont want to spend 3 months growing to get 3 grams or something silly. The box would have to be small, smell free and quite which would keep the wife happy as the drobe was smell free but it was far from small and quite.

What do the good people of uk420 think is it worth doing, or a waste of time and effort.

Agreed. Blab's diary is an excellent example of a micro grow with very little space or power usage.

Blab's micro grows are exquisite, but they take a great deal of expertise and dedication.

The way I look at it, if you're going to do it at all, with all the security issues, you might as well do a decent size grow. Personally I find it easier to produce what I need in one go, at the easiest time of the year, and shut it down so I have the spring and summer free.

Cheers peeps Blab's grow is very nice but i doubt i have the skill he has, i can only but try i'll have a look at a few threads and see what i can come up with.

I hear what your saying compostverte i have a 400w with fan and filter i could use but i dont have the room for a full size grow anymore theres only 2 small bedrooms in my flat and the spare room is being turned into the baby's room so there's no where for a tent or drobe.
