I just came across BBC femmed Haze when looking at seedbanks.

A very strange choice to feminise don't you think?

Haze is primarily a strain for breeding but these are useless for that as its the male pollen that is used in Haze crosses,weird huh?

Really cant see this being a big seller, as you rightly say its a breeding strain, even its creators from the Sam Skunkman's IBL back to the Haze Brother have always stated its a breeding tool.

I'm all one for Feminising OG Haze hybrids (working on two myself that i will probably feminise) but if your going to used a Haze in a cross, use a male plant, at least you can keep them relatively short in both size and time frame.............who would want Fem Haz??????

I would of thought this woul sell, cheese is famous world wide & several seed banks have it & blue cheese is all over Amsterdam at the moment to, that too has the seed banks bringing their own versions out. I am thginking of doing BB`s G-bomb for my next project.

The highlighted part shows just how much Buddha knows about cannabis, that's 3 entirely seperate strains he's saying are all the same thing. One of them doesn't even have any haze in it. The Manga Rosa was the Brazilian used in the White Widow but it takes c. 120 days +. Can't see this taking 9-12 weeks more like 15 but it'll probably be pretty good, I said grudgingly.

G13 haze, SSH & Amnesia Haze are all different.....

The world of cannabis seeds is a dirty business.

Just as BB cheese ISN'T cheese I would expect BB haze not to be haze.


I have some positronics original haze seeds and they take 16 weeks + in flower.

All of the dutch hazes are reworked so not original haze.

All reworked snadge,how and what with may I ask?

Okay most, usually with an Indica to get lower flowering times, I think the only hazes that are nearest to original haze brother stuff are Kulu haze, oldtimers haze and maybe Mr Nices SSH but the SSH also has a reduced flowering time to around 12 weeks, nevilles haze is also reworked.

There may be others.

Amnesia Haze is really very nice. Whazzup has a dieary on it. Its a real heady high, soaring, no ceiling. Intense stuff. I think Soma does one version. Im not sure if its a cross but i also smoked amnesia skunk, that was lovely too but much more indica and skunky, not such a headstash.

BB may have sold some genetic stock to Greenhouse, but they are still going and have a new site.

Im sceptical on many commercial haze strains.

I agree with that sentiment about Arjan, but i rarely see bad things said about BBcheese and the Blue Cheese.

Granted the BBC is a copy and not that similar to the OG Cheese...but Blue Cheese is getting Rave reviews....

I agree Semtex,Blue Cheese is a nice strain although the Blueberry seems strongly dominant in the cross so I did'nt detect any Cheese influence in it.

Mind you,I'd already sampled about 10 strains that day so my palate was somewhat overloaded!

I know the feeling Doc, at a sampling session the effects of the 10th zoot can be somewhat clouded due to the first 9 spliffs!

The Bue Cheese i have smoked is quite varied, possibly pheno related. I smoked some once and all i could taste was BB, but I have also had some where there is that dominant musky cheese taste in there.

I tried the Barneys version in Dam and it seemed very well balanced, proper 50/50 on the cheese /Blueberry taste and smell.

Is Markymark & Neo's "hottie" pheno more Cheesey... i cannot remember, forgive me.

Big Fuddha's strains aren't what you'd call stable though are they,crazy pheno's,hermi's,freaks.Granted there's a few good pheno's out there in a couple of his strains but they take some hunting down.

There's no-way his strains are worth what he charges,Id bet my house on it that no proper breeding or proper selection have took place.....He just goes around blagging Cut only plants for hacking .
