This is what I found

Tank Size: 23"(590mm) x 19"(490mm) x 12"(300mm)
Lid Size: 19.5"(495mm) x 15.5"(395mm) x 7.5"(195mm)
Tank Volume: 15 Litres
Or combined dimensions are:-
590mm x 490mm x 300mm (23” x 19” x 12”)

So I'd say no it wont - it's too wide - 590mm in your 550mm but there is a big lip which you might be able to trim. There are spray kits available to make your own, you just need to find a suitable container - that's not an easy task though.

you can buy the sprayers and all parts needed to make one of them (replacement parts) from a few online shops so you could buy the piping/sprayers, pump and even the corex sheet with holes in, net pots and collars if you have a suitable tank nothing stopping you installing the pieces inside it, although if you trim 2cm from the sides (sides are about 5cm extended) you will have your 4cm trimmed, tanks are pretty stable but if you're worried the trmming might weaken it you can always use some strong tape around the top/side.
