After this years moderate success, I’m starting to get some ideas together for next years guerilla grow. The main factor will be harvesting before going off to uni next year, so ready or not I’ll be chopping mid September. I'd really appreciate people's experiences on what strains are ready, or at least worth harvesting by this time?

all your lowryder/lowlifeseeds/sensiseeds do some ruderalis(aka autoflowering type strains) to and you might get away with passion no.1 which can be done in 6 weeks off flowering according to breeder cough cough

ruderalis is the only one I have seen finish in the first week in September. All depneds on when you plant. It has a mold factor though. If it rains alot you are done.
kick as though if it doesnt rain alot.

I'd really like to have a go at some passion 1s, the website seems to have changed flowering time to a less optimistic 8 weeks with a harvest date end of september. I really like the look of these but i doubt it'll finish on time. Them autoflowering strains look just right for my needs, so long as they stay mould free. Yeild isn't too important for me 1 or 2 ounces of somthing decent and i'd be happy.

If you're leaving come mid sept and are planning to take the buds with you, then you'll probably want them chopped by early sept, so that the're ready to be packed away in curing jars when you leave. It's always good to have an extra week or so to play with anyway, just incase poor weather delays ripening. There are a few strains that will be finished by early sept, many of which are mighty mite crosses. Check out Canadian Bred Seeds and Great White North Seed Co for a few early strains.

Them canadian bred seeds look interesting, I really like the look of Madame Poison, this is the descrpition:
Very purple buds, 50/50 sativa/indica cross coming from pure South African seedlings. Good mold resistance.
Flowering Time: Outdoor Early September
Approx Yield: 8 oz + per plant
Height: 4 feet
Price: £ 30.00
A tad pricey, but should be worth it if i pull it off. Have you grown anything from this bank gunnaknow?

I can't say that I have but I've heard from several people that the Poison Mighty Mite is the real winner. It may yield less than Madame Poison or Manitoba Poison but it's a much better smoke.

I'm in the same boat as you.
I'm doing a load of Lowryders and some Church, planning to finish them off in my shed under lights, or give them to a mate to look after.
I was actually hoping I didn't get into Uni so that I wouldn't have to worry..
weed > Uni?
