I haven't grown or smoked it but it's under consideration for next seed purchase and was wondering how you got on with it?

Anyone else out there grown it?

I purchased thee last year, from seedsman. But i havent grown them- i gave 2 seeds to a mate, and he grew them out- ill get him to pop along he can get some picks to if i nag the lazy fooker. Ill tell you now these stink!...he is chopping one this wednesday and another 2/3weeks after as it is a slower pheno.

It smells brilliant. An with indian and nepal genetical backround- sound very interesting. This is why i bought it to compare with Ace nepxjam, and a hack im working on NepxThai.

I know how you feel- i bought these with out any info or advice, but the backround of the genetics made me purchase to experiment with.

Well popped over to my mateys today, got some picks and a lil taster today- he took of a branch y'day morning and left it till this morning and then put it in the airing cuboard for 30-60mins for speed dry proocess. I have to say im not a fan of this speed drying i would just prefer to wait, as you wait 3months as it is. But this bud was nice, didnt have any harshness like ive tryed from speed drying- had a nice flavour-very smooth, and surprizingly the a fairly strong buzz, very mellow. Cant wait to have a proper test when cured. I wil be growing these myself with out a doubt.

The plant is v hardy- it can take drop in temps, aswell as higher temps. Also they didnt seem to be delicate to nutes and seemed to love it a strong dose with no nute lock. Both plants where grew where under 1x 200w enviro.

Sorry not the best pics, off the old phone.

Wow cheers Sticky,

That's a great help - there is bugger all on the net about this strain so I think you and you mate might be putting up the first decent grow/smoke report.

My shortlist is NepJam, Nemesis or something from Mandala (maybe Satori or Mandala No1). NepJam is my 1st choice as there is plenty of great feedback on this strain, but I'm leaning towards some femmed beans because of space restrictions.

Do you reckon the smoke from Nemesis is in anyway comparable to NepJam or is the NepJam leagues ahead?

Hello SBP,

Yeah, i know there is no info or grow/smoke reports on this strain what so ever.. i have searched numerous times.

I can not compare it as of yet, im sure this strain is good though from the quick tester. It was a very small taster too, but was very tastey and really weird to say but strong buzz for 1day of the plant unsure.gif

As for Ace's NepxJam i have not tried yet but have a couple on the go, just had a confirmed male.. Hope the other is female. Ace are highly recommended, and have a very nice selection of genetics, which all appeal to me alot. And to be honest i have not heard anything bad about them. I also a couple Panama on the go from Ace too.

My matey actually cut one of them down today, really stinky! He then gave me it to reveg, saves me popping one. Took it home straight away trimmed ladie & the roots, and put her in the veg room.

I'll get back to you on a proper smoke report in couple weeks time. Good luck with choice.

Looking forward to your smoke report Sticky - not ordering for a few weeks yet so that may be the decider!

I been trying to work out what strain Nemesis is closest to as most of Seedsman's range appear to be renamed versions of other seedbanks offerings.

GHS Himalaya Gold is described as a femmed Nepali x North Indian (some resellers and the strain base say Nepali x South Indian though). Also found another fem only strain called 'Nepalese Dragon' - google it - again described as Nepalese x North Indian - all sound interesting, but not that much info out there on them. Nemesis is the cheapest option (at current exchange rates anyhow)........

Defo gonna have some Nepali/Indian genetics to play with...I had quality himachal charas a few years ago when travelling and have never smoked anything better since....would love to try some of the RSC offerings but would have no chance of a successful grow in my set-up.

Just a little add-on for anyone comes across this thread.....

My Nemesis is grown and is being smoked.....In a nice environment was easy to grow, and is a kick-ass, beautifully tasting smoke. It's definately reminiscent of that smooth Himalyan Charas.....

Anyway - Diary link....http://www.uk420.com/boards/index.php?showtopic=181153

And a couple of pre-harvest piccies......grown under CFL.
