Hi all
I havn't been on this site for a long, long time as I havn't grown much the last few years. I just have been given 8 lovely plants in pots which I think have been under 600w or more. They are about 1ft - 1ft half tall in excellent condition. I have no idea on the strain. I have 2 nft tanks but only using the one for these. Also I only have a 250w hps.
Right so, I've set my loft up this morning for the grow. Taken the plants out of the pots which were pretty big, I couldn't give you exact details on the size but probably 9" pots. The whole lot is rooted around and I've wrapped the soil with bin liners to keep them sturdy. Placed them onto the tank and they just about fit. I've kicked in 12/12 today ready for christmas.
Now you have most of the details i'm just wondering is there anyway I can scrog these? or is it way to late? because I will run out of room eventualy knowing they grow to almost 3 times the size in flowering. Or any other ideas some of you have so I can make the most of the room I have?
Main reason why i'm running out of room is because they were in pots with the soil, normaly i'd use the rockwool cubes which is half the size.
cheers

wow, yes you have a very good point there thanks. For that I'd normaly use the white corragated plastic that comes with the nft but as the pots were so big I had to make do. I can get up there tommorow and take a few pictures. I can't now because no one knows I have them up there in my house at the moment.

I'll get up there tommorow and take some measurements and some pics. I've just had to buy a fishtank water heater off ebay because i'm also worried about it being too cold now, especialy this time of year.

NFT size = 44" x 20"
Floor bottom to top of plants = 30"
Havn't got a camera here and the mobile is awfull. The plants are still pretty flexible. Just wondering if i can go ahead and make a screen now rather than later or if its too late to scrog.

would you know if its to late to train them into a scrog for a bit? It's only really for a height issue. Only been in 2 days 12/12.

Get them scrogged they'll be fine, don't worry about snapping them you can just tape them back together and they'll be stronger than ever in a week.
