ayup fellow 420'ers..,right as some of ya might know im moving house very soon,this weekend in fact and iv been workin like a twat tryin to get this new grow room built n tested before saturday.

well its been in the process of bein built for about a week now,few hours stolen each day to do a bit more around my usual life shit.

And i would like to add,this wouldnt have been possible to get built in the time i did and with the funds i have available right now if it wasnt for my really good main mucka..,and i know a LOT of folks here know him,LEEPY.. ...
...thanks a fuckin million comrade.,the kingspan alone would have cost me plenty'a dollar!..you are a true gent and i owe ya one for that kind offering.

yeah so this particular kingspan has been used all in the name of canna by our for-mentioned,esteamed member on his previous grow room.
so heres me hopin for some of those good vibes to rub off into my new grows.

right so this loft was floor boarded out alredy,with twosingle power points,one which has been utalised into the grow room its self,can maybe use this for any circ fans/humidifier/de-humidi ect..and use the out side point for my lamp and rvk's.

anyow enough waffle my fingers are goin numb now anyow,so heres some pics..hope ya can make out whats goin on.

this pic just shows the general kinda shape of room,all id done here was plaster board the roof with rockwool roll filling behind.then no nail'ed some of the kingspan to the back wall,ready for the side walls building.

before i put up the kingspan to the end wall i had to squirt some expanding foam into the brickwork as it meets the house roof as you could get a torch and peer right into next doors loft space!!!...not good as obviously they can do the same!!...luckily theres no one living in that house just yet.

so expanda foam it was,let it go off and slice it back nice n neat.

ok so this i hope to show ya how i taped the KS panels together with aliminium tape to form one big wall panel,and once again a kind offer from leepy..,cheers bro.

And then how that wall was simply slid into place and taped in position up against the back wall.

this just shows how the roof line kinda meets the grow room wall,right hand side wall.And kinda how the plaster board was insulated with rockwool. ...shit you not it was a nightmare trying to push the RW up behind the boards!!...my arms and hands are scarred to buggery coz of the roof slate nails comin thru the timbers.

all in the name of 420 thou eh folks...

hey hey HEEEY mr Plant ya oreet comrade?......mate the room measures a nice steady 1.8 mtr by 1.8 mtr..got about 5 ft head space,so plenty,i like to keep em medium sized ya get me.

...nice n clean....after the black/white sheeting line out.
and that WAS a pisse to do on mi own!....fuckin staples DONT hold well in plaster board!...note it!...

tryin to hold a big sheet of liner and staple nice n square to the cieling n walls with just two hands was virtualy impossible!!.....i was cussing n swearing n sweating....all good tho naah.

this is a shot from just inside the room,kinda showin the roof line shape to the room if ya get me?.

this was a tricky shot to try get,from inside the room lookin out.also the grow room door/panel can be seen outside the room.
this too was fashioned from the KS panels,so i can just basicly remove the front wall of the room to gain acsess.this door is about 48in high by about 60inch long.

yeh showin how the sheeting comes to meet floor level.
i will be puttin some carpet in on the floor covered by more sheeting,then taped up the walls a good few inches in case of spills ect,nice n easy to clean when needed.

ok last but by no means least for today,some of the kit to be hooked up at some point tomorow when i can take this tent down im running on weed dry duties right now!!...get that poxy bit jarred up and get this 6 inch insulated ducting down there and fitted..,along with the 6 inch rvk.l1.
as ya can see my 5 inch box insulated rvk is there waiting to be fitted.

oh and yet ANOTHER gift from leepy!......and get this chaps..,only a fooookin REMOTE CONTROL multi speed fuckin airforce circ fan...

forgot to mention i ALSO got a shit load of sound insulating board also which i intend to use as fan noise suppresors in some way,or maybe line the out side of the grow room with it.
i have panels of the stuff measurin about 20 inch by 16 or summat like that,so dead easy,couple tubes of grab adhesive and simply stick em on.

Looks promising, and from looking at leepy's threads, you ain't gonna go wrong with his knowledge or his ability to "aquire" anything you need .

greencheeks kingspan is just a thick insulated board,works like any other insulation bro i guess?!.
il be adding extrta sound insulating board in a few days just to help with that.

first one i kinda laid on mi back to shoot directly up toward the newly installed reflector and CF..,BUT i wont be using the cf right away,not till these cheesy fuckers start to honk anyow..

oh yeh and i reckon i will at some point be goin reflector'less!!....really fancy after seeing a couple of VERY good vertical bulb grows on here recently.

yeh so hole cut thru for 6 inch insulated ducting.i do find this ducting well effective..,mind you wrapa load of old towels and blankets round standard ducting n what ya got?....fuck expensive insulated ducting!..

just the bottom entry for the 5 inch fresh air inlet,still need to tape allthe ducting entry points up to seal with ali tape.
then fit the carpet to help keep my root system warmer and line out with black/white sheeting...

oh yeh the box that the 5in rvk is boxed/insulated in is the box from the 6 inch fan!...fits perfectly allowing for the box to be packed with old towels ect...lovely sound muffle...,like u635..,running silent.

showin what im using for climate control,primair twin fan speed/temp controller..THE DADDY!..
honest these things really seam to work well for anyone dont use em or having temp/humidity problems,can be well usefull.

yep so everythings wired up and ready apart from one wire to my 6 inch extraction fan,need to hang this with bungies and connect the ducting,then sound insulate it with rockwool and insulated boarding,AGAIN kindly donated by leepy!..

yeah so carpet down to try help keep root temps nice when in final pots and sat on the floor.

ok so this one with floor liner fitted and tube heater placed in.
floor liner silver taped where it comes up and meets wall,so's to help keep out any flyin or crawling nasties..

thought this might be a nice cheap idea,might just save me some severe problems sometime?!...one never knows eh.

ok so this is the 6 inch insulated extraction ducting fitted to the 150mm l1 rvk,bungied up on hooks waiting for the final duct to be fitted.and fan insulated for sound muffling.

quicki,ducting fitted to fan out let.And first layer of sound insulation.

reet so this is the outlet fan/ducting insulated with old blankets n sheets,just taped round like to hold tight in place.
id say it cuts down another 40 to 50% of the noise.
