Ive been looking around for info on the grostar and see it is made right here in Canada but I cannot find a place that sells the mini here. Only a couple with the full size but no mini. Can anyone point me in the direction of one?

Incredible that these things are made right in my backyard but cant find a place to buy them.

They are just a wholesaler of them, that one of the places I found. I found another that sells the regular Grostar so I just emailed them asking if the can order the mini. I really would like to get two of these minis for each of my 400's.If not I may go for a retro fit and get a regular grostar and a new 600.

Well Buddy it's quite simple 2x600w digi ballast and 2 full grostar's

Just a build a bigger room go mate do it.

I'd love to but if I let this snowball keep rolling I'll be living in a tent with the whole house lit up before long.

Well I found a shop locally that has 2 Grostars left, they're the full size ones but I dont think i'm gonna find the minis here. Good thing is they are $150 each casue they have been there for a long time and nobody will buy them because of the size. I'm thinking I'll pick one up and rework the box to accomodate one 600 or a 1000 in the Grostar.

why not ask greens where they get them from in canada?

They probably wouldnt give up that info and chances are that they buy them from a wholesaler.

HI greens get grostars +grospots ,from wholesale in the UK.

Greens buy the mini grostar from a wholesaler in the uk, who in turn has them made in canada especially for the uk market and the above goggle isn't the uk wholesaler

Just tried with no luck, only found the regular 48 x 48 Grostar.

Personally I love my Hydrofarm hoods!

Not quite in the same league as a grostar though to be fair

It's a different machine but works as well, IMO, in getting good light coverage to yonder plants.
