Look at Indicas..... landrace ones especially, rather than sativas and hybrids.

Afghani, mazar, etc.

Any resin/charas made from indicas should have a decent amount of cbd too.

a lot of the dutch vars tend to focus on increasing the thc content, although many do have some cbd too.

Check out the real seed company's forum and some of their varieties like Mazar-i-Sharif and Sheberghan

Also, apparently, World of seeds' Pakistan valley has high cbd content too.

I've seen people say that bubblegum, durga mata and Afghan Kush have made them laugh.
Many people say that sativas make them laugh and they don't contain much cbd compared to Indicas.

I guess it's a case of trial and error Good luck and tell me if you find one that has you in stiches

There is also a strain developed here by Oldtimer1 called Smile. Maybe that would fit your needs perfectly.
