hello all, i'm going to be building a smallish grow box soon and i was hoping you could help with the details.

it's eventually going be a veg/clone/ mother box untill i get a tent, the size is going to be around 120 (h) 60 (w) 40 (d) (cm's)

i was thinking of using 9mil ply cos i don't want it to be very heavy, do you think i should go for 12mil? is mdf an option?

it's all going to screwed together by me (with the bare minimum of experiance) then seal it, fit some pc fans for inlet and exhaust and finaly a lick of matt white on the inside

should i go for any particular sealant?

mate def build a frame first then i would glue the ply and screw it, because no doubt you will be moving it at some point

For sealent mate I just used radiator sealent stuff, worked great and doubled up nicely as a glue for a bit more hold.
