i was thinking of buying a pack of bbc fems

i want to know if anybodys grown em, what was the germ rate, any hermies, what was your yield per plant and how tall did they get?

Good to see you interested in the Big Buddha...I have 3 Blue Cheese on the go at the mo n IMO I would easy grow it again!

Has nobody else noticed a ridiculously long flowering time? I have just harvested one of my four Blue Cheese but the remaining three look like they will go another two weeks easily and they're already in week 10.
The stuff does stink so badly though, every time I open the door to my drying room the whole house stinks instantly.

Can anybody help me out here. I've been trying to get BBC seeds but the guy in my local shop says BB has sold their business on to Greenhouse Seeds. So I bought 5 feminised cheese seeds and was wondering if these are just the same as big bhuddas or if they're more likely to be like the greenhouses other strains.(I've tried their White Rhino and their NL5 x Haze and found them to be very similar). Any info would be much appreciated.

Hmm that sounds dubious. How well do u trust the guy in your local shop? Obviously don't know for sure, but i've heard no other mention of that.

Hi SC. Yeah i thought it was kinda funny at the time, but as he had to order the seeds in for me so i thought "why would he not just order from BB?". The guy seemed genuine enough and he actually ordered them for me while I was in the shop.

I'm sure I read somewhere that greenhouse were producing the feminised versions of the cheese strains for Big Budda.

Mate you can order them direct from big buddha if you like, with no p&p either, 27 quid i think.
Or off the top of my head the spam seed bank has them for 25 plus p&p.

I think what whitewillow says is true, BB gave greadhouse the genetics to sell in return they`d pass feminized seed back to BB, both seed companys stock are genetically identical.
Most of greenhouse seeds stock is somebody else`s genetics, ive just started 5 fem trainwreck, and 5 BB fem cheese.

mine are more smelly when ya rub em...I got one which is very sativa like and is slowly coming up with resin glands so might be 10 weeks dunno...but got a lovely skunky smell to em yummy

Thanks a lot guys. I've been holding back cracking these seeds just in case they weren't what I was looking for. I think I'll try a couple of them and maybe get myself another strain to be on the safe side.

Big Buddha is still going, and going strong. They got new(ish) strains too.

They have a brand new website, nice layout. They also seem to only do feminized seeds now, im sure u could get BBC non femmed before.

Im about to get me some blue cheese....cant wait.
