I think this is ph problems!!!!

currently running my PH at 6.3 on an 8ft x 3ft NFT Canna Aqua EC of 1.0 under 3 x 600W of light

can anyone tell me whats going wrong?
snadge

From what I gather pH 6.3 is too high, that will lock out micro nutrients.

I was running my EnF at 5.7 to 6.2 and started to get pale growth lowered my pH to about 5.3 and they are looking better.

hello m8,

6.3 is a tad high 5.8 is the ideal for ph.

Keep your lights high or even turn 1 off for a while, Those cuts are very small and delicate.

Have those cuts got roots out of the cubes ? You need to be careful not to waterlog em or any roots could rot.

What timings is your water on ? Also keep it to a trickle.

Looking at your other pics maybe think about taking some cuttings off your larger plants to let the smaller ones catch up other wise the larger plants will outgrow em.

Lowered PH to 5.8 ... My lights are kept high only got 1 on at the min... Water timings are on a constant (slow) flow, kept to a trickle now.

hopefully things will sort themselfs out now thanks for your help.

My cuttings had roots comming out of there cutting blocks and I put them into my 3inch cubes and straight on the table. this has been done before and was fine. but now yu mention it i might take them out of the tray and put the back onto the flood & drain table untill they show roots in the 3inch cubes.

Thanks for your help! will keep ya posted on there recovery.

The cuts don't really look mature enough to have been placed on the tray.

Like herman said, i think they didn't have enough of a root structure to handle the water flow and hence burnt, rotted and drowned.

Try growing them on a bit longer b4 you put em on the tray.
