Hello all im after advice for next years gurrila grow please unsure.gif I have a plot organised that has remained safe after this years complete faliure (didnt use chicken wire and all were dispatched very swiftly cry.gif ).
Anyway my plan was to grow two or three mothers early in the and year take cuttings giving me guaranteed female plants. I have had problems indoors with female seeds going hermie on me which knocked my confidence in them and since then i have only ever used cuttings. However i read the other day that cuttings are a lot slower to mature in the great outdoors. I am unsure what way to go about it now having never successfully grown gurilla ph34r.gif .
Any advise to help me make my decision would be greatly appreciated

Many thanks

either mate, as long as you dont put them out to early... just make sure theyre strong and healthy when you plant them and well protected.

I'd take that idea of cuttings being slower to flower than seed plants ... with a pinch of salt m8..

If anything I suspect it would be the other way round... wink.gif

Maybe you got a bad batch, but I'd recommend Paradise Seeds' fem collection. I went for the Rox, after a few blueberry seedling went mutant on me, and they turned out belters. A lot can be said for good genetics. Most of my Blueberry [dutch passion], went hermie [stealth bananas], hence the abundance of seeds...[not a total bummer seeds]. biggrin.gif

I plan to buy 5 fem rox's, and clone the hell out of them, as most have an abundance of side shoot after a months growth.

That'll give me 15-25 rox girls in total, for £30

I think the jury is still out on the flowering speed of cuts vs seeds. My seed Rox are nearly finished, but SuburbanGrowBrot Rox clones are 2-3 weeks behind [even though he is in Germany at 53 degrees north, which might make them slower than my 51 degrees].

Good luck whatever and never forget, no site outdoors is 100% safe, so try not to put your eggs in 1 basket. I've always expected my plants to be stolen, always pleasantly surprised to see them still in situ!! I'll do 3 plots for next year, within a reasonable walk from each other.
