Are these pests (that do damage) - or are they good (eat other pests)?
I've just found a couple on my outdoor grow, should I get rid of them?

I'm not sure about the bugs you've asked about but i think that lady birds are good for eating spider mites
A Praying mantis is a carnivore and will eat all sorts of bugs. Grasshoppers are herbivores but I am not sure if they eat cannabis. Crickets I think are omnivores but I'm not sure.
It looks like he's munching on the bigger leaves, but leaving 
the sugar leaves alone.
