bought 5 feminized himalayan gold seeds from greenhouse. was too much of a mash up and planted them in end of may/beginning of june. got them straight from seed into 7 liter pots and once they had matured enough to repot them i got them al straight into 60 liters of soil each straight in bags.
one bag of bat-mix and the other 4 in levingtons multi-purpose for comparison.
T.B.H there is probably only a very marginal difference in the size of each of the plants as all of them are now bending over the roof of the green house.
I have fed them nothing but hose water all summer untill early september which is when i have started feeding them bloom stimulater bio-bloom and ionic boost as well as molasses and one feed of epsom salts just give them that extra bit of perk.
Flowering alot later than last years crop and considerably later than a friends trainwreck and big bang which are probably 3 weeks away from finishing.
thinking of getting an electric fan and an oscilating fan for the greenhouse on a timer for the nights as im worried that flowering into late october early november could become a battle against the dreaded mould!
happened last year and im not losing my top colas to mould again. . . any tips or questions will be much appreciated.. . . especially on anyone else who has put fans in the greenhouse and if it works.?

how about investing in a green house heater, a kerosene one or butane. will keep you buds nice and dry plus your adding c02 which will help photosynthesis giving you a better yeild wink.gif

well its the first time iv grown this strain and to be honest iv been very impressed with the strength considering the time i planted the seeds. if you want big plants just get them into minimum 50 litres of soil and they will just grow so big. my brother has done the same with his a.m.s and church and they are impressive aswell. buds are forming next time i go to the spot il take a picture of the forming buds but i reckon i will get at least a 7-9 ounce of each plant dry. my mate grew it last year and got 10 ounce dry off one plant but he planted earlier than me

my mate told me to avoid them cos unless you vent the fumes they can collect at make black dirty smog if you dont set the wick to the prefect length. another thing was that a bi-product of that chemical reaction is water and as iv insulated the glasshouse with bubble wrap and the whole thing is pretty fucked anyways i dont even wanna attempt to move the vented windows cos the whole thing is just a shambles. broken panes ect its like 25 foot long iv just ripped out all the grape vines of the bottom half its all proper overgown

hi i grew some himalayan gold this year outdoors. i grew in the ground and in pots. the ones in the ground started off slowly but got to around 6-7 ft tall with buds everywhere. trouble is, they didnt start to flower till mid september (uk). mine are still growing but slowly due to drop in temp and 9 hours light and bloody rain!!!!
hope this is relevant to what you wanted to know..
dave54
i cut my plants down today mostly and i got approx 1.5 kilos wet waiting to see what is is dry but the buds just didnt all develop to a satisfactory standard. tried ripen but didnt wokr that much. mould was really starting to creep in so i had to cut them early. they probably needed atleast another 2 weeks , shame otherwise i would of got fuck loads. my mates trainwreck flowered earlier and he got 8 ounce a plant dry.lovely smoke proper nice. himilayan smoke is nice aswell alot creamier and really smooth but not as stronger stone. needs curing and re-trimming cos its leafy still. oh well live and learn. inside grow is bout 4 weeks from finish so russians/bigbud and nyc on the way.pictures are all on there way.
