Hi Guys.
Sorry for all the questions...but.

In veg what is the ideal temp and humidity for plants grown from seeds (Day & Night).
They are 9 days into veg cycle. (current temp 80f constant current hum 50/75%)
Could one of you please take a look and tell me if the curling/wrinkling of leaves is something to
worry about and possible cause of this.
Regards and thanks.

Temps and humidity sound good, 75% is high though, try to keep it below 60% in veg going to 40% in late flower cool.gif

leaf curl could be due to overwatering although it don't look too worrying, use a wet/dry cycle for watering. let the pots dry out before next water.

after watering, let the soil dry out until next water, overwatering happens when you water every day or 2 even if the plants don't need it.

feel the weight of a pot when the compost is dried out and the plant has wilted a little, water it fully until run off occurs leave for 10 mins in run off and if the run off has been taken up, water again and leave once again for 10 mins in run off, when there is run off water still in the tray after 10 mins, they are fully watered, now dispose of the run off and feel the weight of the pot, you can gauge the amount of water in the pot by this method of hand weighing in the future.

they look alittle pale to me . could be the lights

how long they been in them pots mate ?

are they a pale green or dark green ?

e2a they do look good for 9days
compostverte
They look fine - maybe a tad tall - showing some sativa traits, but perhaps you're also being a teeny bit cautious with the light ? Plenty of growth for 9 days though smile.gif

Personally I've never bothered much about humidity - except in late flowering.

Hi Jiffa.
They are a little bit greener than the pics show.
Repotted last saturday (7 days, into bio grow all mix) . I did repot them a little
too quick.
Light is 110 watt flouro prop light 15 cm above plants.
Regards and thanks everyone.

Twin 55 watt PL tubes ?

That's amazing growth for 9 days at that height smile.gif

Personally I would want them down to a couple of inches - 5cm - though I've never actually used that sort of tube - so maybe 3 or 4 inches ...

Best thing is to stick the back of your hand at canopy level - baby's bottle stylee.

Mine generally get repotted at 14 days at which point they go under the HPS - but yours are doing very well under the fluorescent.
