Hi we are new to 420 and would like some help?

We are currently using a 50/50 mix of clay pebbles and canna coco and feeding our plants the 'optimum A+B solutions' and have been for some time without any probs but have been advised to use the canna regime. Does anyone use the same method as us or know if the canna regime would produce better.
