Good afternoon all,ok just a short n really.

right so my girls recently started showin signs of mg shortage.
I dosed them(6 of)with bish's reccomended doses,that was two days ago,naah upon light on inspection time today i can see theres been no noticable change in leaf colour in the two days since dosing.
so how long should it take for it to be taken by the plants..,or until i should start seeing the green coming back?

you cant have instant anything when your growin patience is a must, the quickest was is to spray the plants if you've not already done so, i got myself 10kilo of epsom salts last week, i consider it very important to start adding from day 14 into 12/12. but dont ever take what i say as how it should be cos i make mistakes.

well thanks for your input,it seams yourmost probly right as it goes,my girls have just hit 13 days 12/12 so i guess they wr dosed at day11.so yeh that would sound right to me GD.....so would it be cool to spray the girls as well as water dosing them,especialy so soon after the initial dose??

I'd say 4 to 7 days, and then hope you did it right

hi im no expert but i belive that once a leaf yellows it stays yellow your best bet is to check any new growth for signs of improvement. dont take this as gospel as i may be off the mark. also as stated above patience is key it can take a while for a plant to show signs of improvement after treatment. hope this helps.

All depends on how quickly the plant can take it up. Usually 4-7 days.

starting with the EQ,it seams like my early queen and AK's are starting to look unwell!...i had this apparent problem with my last AK and it ruined the smoke totaly.

Iv dosed with epsoms 5 days ago roughly now,and sprayed epsoms last night..also they been fed grow and bloom at 2 ml grow,3 ml bloom per liter....2 weeks in flower.

Bit of a strong feed only 2 weeks in.Could be a case of overfert as the tips on the one are burnt. 908

still looks like epsoms to me ... thats strange ..... has it cleared up any since you dosed last?

hi all,yeh maybe a tad over fed...but this epsoms is the problem..i aint seen any change since dosing..im thinkin of re spraying tmrw evening!

defo no light burn its been well high to rule it out if ya follow.

thing is i had a similar problem with my AK on last grow and it turned out shit!!

It will turn out shit if it was overferted mate as it slows the budding process up.
These are deffo overfed, are the pots staying wet longer than youd expect as well? ATB 908

What do you put the burnt tip in pic 3 down too? As that also is nute burn in my book.
Some pics do look like heat stress but over nuting can cause that look.On the one plant not sure which pic you can see these signs but look lower on the plant and its there too so thats why I thought not heat stress. ATB 908

If it was nute burn the tips on nearly all the leaves would be brown but they are not

The only one that looks overferted on grow nutes(N) is the clawing plant

Still looks like heat stress to me, overferting doesnt burn the odd leaf like that

Other things can lock Mg out like calcium

Could even be just as simple as shit compost

pic 3 hmm poss ... only 2 leaves though? no other burnt tips....... front leaf is yellowing out round edges more than tips...could it be under fed???
true.... i wouldn't give that last pic much more N... but..... i have seen much worse than that produce huuuuuge buds.

the main prob is MG def. as can be clearly seen in the leaves....
wheather its lock out or something else im not sure.
but if you've dosed the right amount and they havn't cleared up i don't know what to suggest next ..

oh the pic with the clawing was taken just after watering/feeding...hence the droop

heres some useless imput its just what i do.
in 15 years growing many different types of cannabis i have never fed epson salts before around day 20, the reason being my first grow showed signs after 21days and once i found what it was i have done whats needed since.
i use biobizz at the rate of.
1 ml per litre water units.
week .. grow bloom
1 1 1
2 2 1
3 3 2
4 3 3
5 4 4 till finish

christ you must get through some grow
although my cheese prob would of loved that schedule as they yellowed out real bad..

But thats not droop its clawing, watering shouldnt do that

The one overfert with N last pic is one example to point to this problem
The others I believe are also overfed but maybe these have been affected by the bloom feed being over which it is IMO at that stage in westlands.

the grow contains molasses hence i was advised by biobizz to increase as we go, i dont want shit about that comment because i cant find it. but now i use molasses and teas and i use hardly any grow but i still have over 1litre so i'll see it out. i use molasses by the tablespoon not ml.

im not too stressed just yet but il have to lower all doses of food and just sit it out.

just too add ... because they are diff strains .. they will need to be fed a separate feed schedules to match the plants individual requirements...

that is why i think one is over fed and the others poss under.

I've been usin a water sprinklin rose head and bubbled water/feed for 24 h ! then a good stir with a whisk before fillin can .. ..

ma last pot up wen i sieved my soil thru a chip pan basket, i took loads of bits of crap out ma soil and soil went nice n fluffy
i use same as u , , westlands adv +. .


do u wet plants soil up with a litre of water or so , then come back and add other 1 litres at a time till soil damp at drain holes and a lil trickle !

im sorry if u already doo the above,, or if its wrong fittin advice ! just tryin to think out loud n help m8..
