Having chopped this years 'tryout' LR2's, I was thinking of giving Mandala 1's a go next year. Not read much about these on this forum so was looking for feedback really. No hurry as they're not available 'til January!

havnt done mandala no1 but i have seen hashberry grown before it was really shit! i hear magnus "biddy early" is good for the outdoor! rebirth

I grew mandala#1 first grow...lovely lemony smell...quick finisher..but alas it lacks much in the way of a punch.. shame because the smell and flavour is divine

Cheers Rebirth and Withnail, that's a pity as they're (or were) only 15 euro's for ten. The description sounds right up my street too. Oh well, plenty of time left I suppose

First grow for me. Me n the weed have just been re-introduced after a teary parting 16 years ago.....I'm glad we're back!!!
Anyway, I'm looking after an unknown sativa that sounds similar to withnails' (sweet citrus smell) and an unknown indica, both are growing well outdoors (so long as I stop interfering with them) with minimum effort and using only goodies from my own garden to keep them happy. I'll put together a grow diary at harvest time if it all goes well. If I hear anything that might be of use I'll give u a shout.

I've got a couple of Mandala #1 fems on the go in the back garden... took some cuts to test in my comedy garage grow room...
They certainly look nice - just force flowering them now... I also heard they lack punch, but indeed nice lemony citrus smell....

... hopefully they will make a nice daytime social smoke...

Most likely I'll take the two big ones outdoors and do a bubblebag run with them to make some hash...


For outdoors I would also recommend Biddy Early - good in uk outdoors and a good smoke (Warlock parentage)

im growning mandala#1 this year and had a couple off grows last years with it. really love the lemon/minty smell, the taste is fantasic(if cured properly) and yes the high isnt very powerful but very socailble, great daytime smoke. budz are very big and dence.

and as u say about 15 euros or 12 quid for 10 seed cant be grumbled at. gonna be gettin some other mandalas strains to see if there s good.

Hi, I got 5 femenine Mandala#1 seeds this Spring and I would say it works outside and in. inside it gets crystally and looks good and out it can get 6ft and bushy! It says that Mandala #1
finishes by end of September...I hope so in this neck of the woods.Anyway I'd get the
strain again and would reccomend it. We'll see how it turns out.
