Morning UK420 peeps wink.gif Just a quick question about fans, i currently have a rvk100m extraction unit, and a 150mm intake unit. Both of which are wired to a prima controller.

Is this the right way around for these fans?? Should the 100mm be an intake and the 150 extraction. unsure.gif

Yep.

Always have your bigger fan for extraction, as it will have to pull thro the carbon filter which will reduce air flow.
Also it creates a negative pressure meaning no smell escapes.

Intake at bottom of grow room, extraction at top.

I was using the larger fan to keep the temps down a bit as it is very hot, i will just have to find another way to keep the temps down when i swap them around. any ideas?? unsure.gif

Well having the fans set up like that will reduce the temps as it should create a nice through flow of air.

All the hot air rises and the larger fan will suck the heat out at the top, the smaller 1 will pump cool air in at the bottom,
