morning all

did a session on the canal from sunday till tuesday ....had 3 fish of 10,lbs,15lbs, and a 20-13 common ...in fact they were all commons .............
all came to my homemade baits on a blowback rig .........

havent been to much myself joolz ..doing ok though because i have yet to blank which is something of a novelty



yep you need that in this game ... our lad has yet to catch on there .he has blanked about 20 times .he managed to lose one the other day . he was just casting his second rod in as his alarm went berserk . he was to slow though and the fish made some reeds and it was all over .... barbless hooks and the fish was gone ....

nice 1 peppi, looks like u love ur carp fishing, im still waiting to a 24hr this year. there a good size carp for a canal aswell! good job mate!

great fish peppi and what a result from a canal.
keep some bait going in and who knows what might turn up-your in thre right area.
always like to catch commons rather than mirriors.

went fishing yesterday drew a blank after 4 hours of trying to catch trout on a flyline. had a great time though
