Hi folks this is my first grow, had some stretch issues with some plants but they all seem to be goin in the right direction now, I was wondering when it would be time to repot to 4 inches pots ? I was thinking if I repot I can get them all even hight wise.

The 3 biggest were germinated Friday 11th and the rest done on Monday 14th.

All have roots leaving bottom of cubes and most have roots coming out of the sides also :

Sorry if this is a basic question pinch.gif

I would say that those can be potted on now.
You can also bury the stems to reduce the initial stretch you had......new roots will grow from the stems that are under the soil line wink1.gif

Good luck smile.gif

Cheers fresh air inspector, thanks for your help. Got my bio bizz all mix ready to go smile.gif . I hear its good to repot before lights out so they have the night to kinda recover, any truth behind it ?

If your potting straight into allmix you really need to add some perlite as the allmix will be to hot for your plants and proberbly burn them , i mix a 60% all mix to 40% perlite and it seems to work ok.

As for potting just before lights out well i aint heard of that one i usually do my potting on just after lights on so you can get them into there new home and water them and then they have a full 20 hrz or 18hrz under the light.

Yeah, definately need about 40% perlite in with the allmix at such a young age.

i heard it takes a while for the nutes to become accessable to plants
