i was cleaning out my fishing tackle box and sorting it all out for holiday dropped two spinners into my weigh sling both got stuck. so i went to pull one out, yanked it away, got it out but as my hand swung it hit the other spinner which was caught so caught my finger! it went through my index finger nail, went right in to the bend. luckily it didnt hit bone. was going to go to docs but i had stuff to do so i pulled it out with some pliers it stung like mad! i felt it rip through flesh, then stopped at my nail, so i has to yank it through the nail!
it hurt so much. the hole spurted out a bit of blood, then i dipped it in a antiseptic and then wrapped it with small bit of bandage and left it to stop bleeding. i expect the only thing a doctor would have done different is use some pain killing injection... luckily i had some skunk... it hurts now a bit but is ok, that was eleven this morning. forgot to take pic while it was in my finger, was a bit shocked tbh
. got a small hole in the nail now.
