Can anyone give me advice on what i can use to make hash using the butane method. i'd like to get the honey bee extracotr but being from the mid-atlantic and i cant get my hands on one. IS there anything i can buy or i might have around the house to make one of these things? any feedback would be loved!

If I was you I would go and buy a coffee pot like that one as they are known to work well for what you want it for.

yeah some metals will be leached off by the gas, you should use stainless if using metal

I'm going to be using an old glass salt shaker. i'll let you know guys know how it come out.
