I'm starting to think about what to grow for my third run and i'd like something with a hashy taste, i've seen sensi seeds do a hash plant but i don't really wanna spend almost £100 on seeds.

Any suggestions?

I wouldn't say hash plant was that hashy tasting.... one of favourite smokes ever though.

I had 2 orange bud plants that tasted very hashy, they were from Nirvana...very cheap

The buds tasted and smelt exactly the same as you'd expect good quality hash to taste/smell - Blew my fucking head off to boot

Pot of gold could be another choice it also has a strong sweet hashish taste to it

I'm with Rastajedi, POG has a lovely hashy taste if cured correctly & the bubble it makes is dreamy tasting & smelling.

I must say though, my latest Lot#5 grow has produced some quite hashy tasting smokes (only from cola buds though), the shame is that until smoked the buds smell strongly of pine!

The Lot#5 hash creamed all over the POG hash for potency though, but on the same hand isn't my most favourite of smokes as a bud, only hash for the Lot#5's

cheers for the suggestions, I assumed hash plant would taste hashy because of the name. POG sounds promising. I grew some lr2's a while back and one of the plants tasted really hashy, i loved it but it only yeild about a 1/4 tho so didn't last long

afghani#1 from seedsman, pure landrace indica. not the strongest but v.hashy and a piece of piss to grow

ive been growing afghani no1 for about a year now!
my mother that i keep is now a clone of a clone from the original seed grown plant from seedsman seeds.

i wouldnt say they are particularly high yielders but its a cracking smoke, i,d say more of a conessiuer strain and has a hashy smell when burning,
it flowers pretty quick too!

also i,ve not once had a seed in any of my afghanni bud, and im a pretty rank grower to say the least, my last grow temps went up to around 40oC on a few occasions and as low as 9oC too!

the seeds are dirt cheap! try them out you might be pleasently suprised.

as pointed out they are piss easy to grow!
i,d also recommend them to any noob wanting a quality smoke,fast flowering, easy to grow strain

and the bucket hash is to die for!
its by far the best hash ive ever smoked in my life!

I would say POG or ICE as they are both indicas with a rich hashy taste.

Mmm thats what im after hashy taste i bought some Hash plant from sensi (fucked them up Kc33 knows, ever since i went to Dam and smoked/fell in love with the G13xHashplant it didnt do much when i were smoking it there but i sneaked bout 1/4 of different hash and a few gram of bud in mi nads (Bubble gum and the g13. The best taste and stone ive ever had, never been so baked off one hit i ended up just sitting there for half an hour with the rest of the joint, but the taste, I prefered that over Hash tbh. Were very nice looking buds till i squashed it up,but wow glad i did.
Im buying the Hashplant agen for sure, al pay the price for such good genes..its on the list
Dont know how different it will be from the G13 cross tho?

I say HashPlant pay the price man, its good seed, take cuts and get your moneys worth out of them

Hashplant 9-10 weeks.

Get the POG and keep 2 mums one Kushy leafy 58-62 day one for melty Hash and Hashy tickley buds and a stretchier,sweeter skunky 64-68 day one for soft sweet buds and more uppy hash. Best of both worlds and I've grown out loads of POG beans and always get those two good picks in there somewhere.
White Rhino,Afghanica,SensiStar,G13xHP,Some of Soma's,Cali Indica,GWS,Afghani1,Misty,ICE,DurgaMata,BigBud and DeepChunk all have Diff Hashy tasting Pheno's in there for a start.
Just my opinion though good luck with whatever line you choose as its all in the selection. JBo

just ordered myself some pog (£18 for 10! bargain!) and also sensi's NL (£50 for 10) as i've always wanted to try this strain. thanks to everyone for there advise
