lowryder and lowryder crosses....
they can flower, EVEN IN WINTER!
.... not that they'd get much of a chance to produce much with the limited light available.... and the temps dont help either.
but as for something before winter, rather than during,
just shop for anything that has "early" in the name (early pearl, biddy early, etc), or hollands hope is a long tested decent performer in most UK climates.
heck, just go with Northern Lights. it's potent, vigorous, reasonably mold resistant, etc and should finish in time.
