Im sorry David but whoever pulled that off as performed a miracle or as a bad case of bullshit syndrome if hes rejuvenated anything its not any kind of lowryder this would mean he would have to take it through some sort of vegetative stage which is practically impossible with an autoflower surely ?

Hmmmm cool, its an intresting thourt tho
what happens to lowryders once they have been grown, do they just die then after natrally?

I don't see why you can't do it

- give it a try I reckon
It's a piece of piss to re-generate, just leave enough leaf on the plants after cropping the bud and see wha' appen

B

e2a - if it does work, the yield second time through should be much bigger

- especially if potted into bigger pots before it's next flower phase etc etc

I didn't think it was possible to regen AF plants, do they not just bud and then die if left to do their stuff?

wicked, so just snipp off the buds and leave the leaf
would the bugs grow from where the buds had been cut at the same internode?

When harvesting, take off the top 1/3rd of the plant. Leave most healthy fan leaves in the middle of the plant, cutting buds off branches carefully. On the lower 1/3rd of the plant, take off end flowers, but leave several small flowers on each branch. These will be the part of the plant that is regenerated. The more buds you leave on the plant, the faster it will regenerate. Feed the plant some Miracle Grow or any high nitrogen plant food immediately after harvest. When you intend to regenerate a plant, make sure it never gets too starved for nitrogen as it is maturing, or all the sun leaves will fall off, and your plant will not have enough leaves to live after being harvested.
is this rite
its not going to work. they flower and die off end of a life cycle even if you give them 24-0 light after taking the bud. you could try giving them 12/12 then switch 24-0 but i still dont think it will work, let us know the out come if it works

Miracle Gro makes your plants taste like... well, something not nice.

Its cant be done no matter what method you done. Not with any auto flowering strain.
You remove a bud, the buds just gone and its never coming back

i grew a lowryder original a couple of years ago a when i harvested it, i choped just the top half of plant and lower side branches and then left the stalk with a few fan leaves on in garden. guess what it regenerated. but it wasnt very impressive i got a cople of budz which amounted to about 3 grams in the end. but hey i was happy as i throught the plant was over and done with. just wish i had looked after it a bit more and had fed it. but hey we live and learn.
i say give it a go what have u got to lose.

when you say regenerated bowcon, do you mean it produced a few more buds or did it start with fresh vegetative growth ? ive seen a couple of people try this with absolutely no success other than it chuck out the odd few air buds

I agree with RJ - when we say that a plant has 'regenerated', we generally are referring to the plant having gone back into veg mode, so that it can be grown again for cuttings, or to be flowered once more etc. - I don't think that what you're talking about really counts as 'regenerated'.

IMHO, I don't reckon that autoflowerers like LR and friends can be re-vegged like normal plants - once they've 'gone to seed' (as it were) - that's it - they're at the end of their life cycle, and they don't respond to vegging light cycles like normal plants anyway.

brillent everyone
ive learned that regenarateing meens reverting back to vegative state to clone or re-flower
so technicly it could give out some more bud a 2nd crop even tho it dont go to veg
always worth experimenting I say
its worth a try I guess
