One of the reccomendations of the ACMD report on Cannabis and it's classification was for seed sales and paraphinalea (sp?) to be made illegal or atleast made harder to buy.

So yeah, delivery times will get longer, it won't get harder.

i have collected a lot of landrace it would seem tho

like Belize (have hundreds but yet to get one to sprout) or Mexican (these really take off!) and several different Africans and Thais.But its more like when i have got seeds i like then i try to breed them back to the same line or cross to something else i find nice, to double the bubble.Due to this i have even more seeds of what i really liked and i doubt that i will use those landrace sats let alone buy any more seeds just stick to the widow/kush/blueberry/cali o/afghan/magic bud mix thats my plan

A friend gave me his seeds when he gave up growing, but said they were whats left of what i gave him to start with back in the nineties, damn, even more stripey shells to ponder over.

, I went through a phase of getting loads of seeds, the majority are in cold store now they include a few different kushes, bros grimm C99,

I'm growing my own creations more now though.

best way to store seeds I believe is to put them in an airtight container alongside some dessicant sacks, put a few grains of rice in each pack also then store in a fridge.

when you say 'dessicant sacks' do you mean them little bags of grains which say do not eat on them, and i know this may also sound a stupid question but would the fridge need to be on, its just i have a mini fridge i could put em in or just put em amongst my food in the fridge.

sorry for the stupid questions, and the hyjack, just so my seeds i collect will be safe.

Kept in this method they will be viable for up to 3 years and with decreasing viability up to 10.

I keep mine in fridge in an airtight container with those dessicant sachets, I think you can get them from camera shops and they come with electrical equipment. Its best not to use rice tho' as you can get fungal nasties on them. When you take them out of the fridge you should allow the container time to come up to room temperature before opening. This will stop condensation forming inside. A lot of people keep em in there salad compartment but I cant, due to it bein' full. They should last several years like this, no worries
