I prefer a stone that makes me 'stoned' & chilled as oppossed to a brainy buzz high, is this in essence the different reactions from THC and cannabidiol?
Or is it the difference between an indica stone and a sativa buzz, or is it the same?
I thought i prefered indica stones but is it that I prefer cannabidiol?
Does anybody know of any strains that are confirmed to have high levels of cannabidiol in them?
Or am I barking up the wrong tree completey? sorry for the confusing q's and dont know if in correct section!

Indica dominant strains tend to have a higher concentration of CBD.
If you want a couchlock, body stone go for one of they.

Some of the sativas I've grown are so clear-headed, sometimes I'm unsure I've smoked anything.
Curiously some of the middling hybrids seem more anxiety-inducing.
I reckon it's a bit more complex than strictly CBD-THC, but then as guinea-pigs we're notoriously imprecise.
The daftest thing I've seen is Marc Emery and crew's (pot tv) mass smoke-in nd judging of hundreds of varieties in only a few sessions.

No - some of the last Canna Biogen mix.
Very clean nearly-sativas - but tasty too - one lemon, the other pine.
Super duper one from my last grow drying now - midway between the two i would say - judging by aroma - was pure turpentine when it was growing.

Sativa is high, indica is stoned. Basically.
Sativa = head rushing active high
Indica = locked to the ground unable to move
Both have given me the giggles.

POG has given me the giggles and thats a full blown indica.
Strong physical high, can make you a bit tired. Nice in the night before bed, ok in the afternoon or morning, but dont expect to get much done

Cbd occurs with the degredation of thc I think, if you want a high concentration of cbd then harvest an indica plant very late.
I did this with some mazar and the high was total couchlock.
From your description it sounds like an indica is ideal for you.

Hope thats not a dig cos that mans posts are awesome and generally thought provoking imho.
I havent had the giggles off weed for years, i miss that thinking about it.
Another point worth making is that theres a million and one other factors that may mean different ones have different effects for different people, and different effects for the same people at different times.
