Hello there, can't see why there would be a problem using those nutes, can't say i heard of them though. You shouldn't have a problem just potting onto the multipurpose when you pot up from now just make sur you don't start feeding from the start. Unlike hydro the plant needs to use up the ferts that already come in the compost. Feedng them too early will result in them overloading on nutes and you'll see the tips starting to burn.

At least you already know about potting up though thumbsupsmileyanim.gif

I think you'll do fine mate stoned.gif

Thanks kc very helpful m8 the nutes i got from the grow shop they are the same brand that i use in hydro and find them very good so i hope there soil ones are too biggrin.gif i understand a little about feeding the way i thought is feeding starts in bloom if potted on properly in good compost or if they showed they needed it stoned.gif probably totally wrong but pinch.gif the mums i was told to keep in smaller pots and feed very lightly until i needed them then feed them up a little
am i on the right lines here
thanks for any input guys just wanna make sure i don't feck up spliff.gif

Spot on mate! wink.gif

Mums are kept in small pots to stop them getting huge so yes they soon need feeding. You don't need to do it every water when keeping mums. I tried using fishmix when keeping my last mums, kept them real nice and healthy, i'd foliar spray them 4ml/ltr. Stuff stinks though lol.gif

A good feed does help before taking cuts, also putting the mum in better light (under a hid say) for a few days helps stoned.gif

it all very confusing, some say one thing others say opposite. in the end its down to your personal way of doing things. looks like you have good advice.
