my tent has black and white inside it but would i get a better grow ii ptmylai for my nex grow?

depends if you can apply it properly(flat & tight, glued to boards if possible) if so - then yes, it would be more effective than b&w.
personally i'd stick with b&w or get that diamond stuff instead (alot stronger than mylar, so it doesn't go wrinkly)

You're talking about a 1 or 2% difference, if that, even if you hung it perfectly. I don't think it's worth the effort.

mylar makes a lot of noise unless you spend a lot of time to make it right.
