Hey gonna start a grow this summer in a 200 x 100 x 60 growdrobe (hopefully). With summer temps being higher do you think a 400w will be too much of an overkill? The plan is to have a 6in extraction and a 4in intake fan. Would this keep the temps relatively manageable? Should I go with a 250w?

You should be fine with that extraction herbie......a lot will depend on what kind of ambient temperatures we get.
If you could though, I would look to see if you can set up your intake to draw cooler air from somewhere in the cooler months........a nice shaded place for example
