An other icolator run is done , we just want to share some hash pics with ya.
This time its trimm from the last BlueBerrys, the Opium and from the WhiteWidow...
The mix smells very fruity, some of the fruitiest hash ever done

First run takes 6 min. with 190,160,120,73 but no 45 or 25
Second run takes 30 min. with 190,160,73...

We also done sepperated an only BlueBerry run from the lowerbuds (just a few ca. 5g)
The result is some very small, but truly cracking fullmelt bubble piece from BB sooo delicious!

First run (the melty run) takes 3 min. with 190,100,73...
Second run (not melty) takes 15 min. with 190,160,73...

Lovely looking hashes and some great shots, nice one.

True pressing won't make the hashes any better but it will change them. Firstly, a hand rubbed pressed lump of resin tastes totally different to the resin powder it's made from, some people prefer the tastes like, so it can be fun to do. Plus, if you are planning on storing the hash for a while then pressing it up is way of keeping in the freshness.

Very nice... As a full blooded German I take offense to what you have said. Look at the effects of alcohol vs. marijuana and any logical person can see that an herbal substance is better than a poisonous liquid (ethanol in question). As for untrustful, you must not know many Germans.

We are germans for our whole life (even over several generations) and we know much more german than you seem to know (sry just being honest),
under 100 germans there are in the best case 2 which ain't hate everything having to do with cannabis sativa L. (98% think your criminal drug addicted)
Maybe you are trustfull... as we are for sure, too. But maybe some of your best friends ain't as good friends as they try to make you think... just maybe.
Hope you never will find out what we mean with this... Most german can't stand the thought that you got something they ain't got and so they will try
to reach this, too (or even more). And if they don't get what you have, they make you lose yours.
We know that here are truly trustfull people, too . We ain't ment the germans just in general, the goverment does take an important role , too!
Every time you switch on TV you see bad drugdealers selling weed to kids at schools for profit!
Or a busted growroom every week (truly allways crimminals ): For example: A family father with his 12 year child got 12 plants and
they handled him and his child like both would have had killed someone or even worse! But tell us about your experience!

If you see us as a whole as an untrustworthy people than you must have had only bad experiences and I, only good (but for a select few). There is no point in trying to change your beliefs if you haven't experienced the other side, that is like someone explaining LSD who has never dropped it. My main point is that when you group a whole country of people based on only what you have experienced, then say it as a fact it is quite derogatory, that is all.

If we want some fullmelt stuff, we use ca. 5g lowerbuds (most of the time fresh & not grinded!!!)
Furthermore we work with 190,100,73 bags. The 73' is most of the time the fullmelt stuff (except outdoor or full sativas trichomes)
The 100' bag is important for the melting! The resulte is 0.5-0.7g fullmelt quality

The normal bubble hash is made by mixed trimm, dunno how much... Allways take what we have

Nothing will make it through te coffee filter TILT, that's 5 micron and no bubble bags go that small. 25 is the smallest.

Sir Grobag, sir, been waiting all this time for you to come back round to my place and see whether what I've been up to is still praiseworthy and behold your little Easter Egg I made you (only allowed to behold it... forum rules ). And in fact you've been here instead drooling like the rest of us at SGB's lovely caramels.

Sorry, boss, but since when did the size of the smallest bubble bag determine the smallest size of physical matter?
They're 5-10 micron, depending on the make, I have read elsewhere. You can bet your bottom dollar there's a load of resin material that fits through that. I'm not sure about the heads, though I assume that as a trich grows it must start small, tiny, and therefore there'll be a few. The finest broken trich particles, though, will go through, as well as any resin that has become fluid. If the water that comes through the filter is still coloured in any way, then there's stuff in it. If I understood correctly, the bubble bag system deliberately sacrifices this bit (everything under 25 micron) in order to also filter out the finest dust and dirt. But if that relatively small quantity of very small resin particles was, say, worth its weight in gold in terms of taste and maybe also effect, as my trials which you saw the beginning of have in fact shown, then that might explain some of the few drawbacks of the bag system, e.g. that people sometimes lament a relative lack of taste and a certain "oomph" effect common to dry gained hash from abroad. Not to say bubble isn't vey strong and also very good. But it would be quite presumptious to assume that because the bag system can produce a small quantity of stuff that is so refined/rinsed/pure it will bubble it isn't maybe lacking a bit of something that was discarded along the way together with the impurities. Both of which are present in what we all set out trying to make, i.e. hash like we used to get it from exotic places back ing the Good Old Days The way I see it, you can get that part too with ice hash, it's just more difficult to get the really tasty bits out as some are so fine they float/suspend in the water, and others are mixed in with the dirt at the bottom which you either have both of (in a sediment collection) or neither of (if one throws away what goes through the final bag (or coffee filter for that matter).



Just tokin' a pure BB meself chum..... you're right, medium's the ticket... actually very mild but spicy too, hits the back of your throat nicely without making you cough. Lecker Bäcker! Gotta trY that Opium though: looks AA+++111

Alright Tilt!,
Quite a bit to address and answer there, hopefully I'll clear up a few things but feel free to challenge what I say or ask more.

First up.... I don't understand German so I don't know what a lot of people are saying in here. I hope I don't need to mod it! I deleted your other two multiple posts for you mate. ;) In the future if you click the report button on the bottom of the post mods of the forum will get a PM telling them to look for whatever reason.

So....Coffee filters (paper ones for those who don't know what we're talking about). Unbleached from popular supermarkets state on the pacets 5 micron so that's what I'm going by but that's irrelivant (whether 5-10). You are right that smaller matter will fall through - obviously. That will include tiny resin heads that haven't formed yet from capitate resin glands. No other resin gland will come off - only capitate heads in bubbling. Now those resin heads that small which pass through the filter will not have formed and will not contain THC - they're useless. That's my point. ;)

You also say "with any resin that has become fluid". That doesn't happen, not in water anyway. The resin is in oil which doesn't mix with water, nor does it split in liquid form and mix amongst the water. Water does dissolve other contaminates - especially chorophyll which gives the colouration but you don't want that, it tastes rank. Also, the difference between a 25 sack and a 5 filter is immense in our terms of what we want. Again - nothing worth while in terms of resin gets through a paper filter when bubbling. ;)

That said though, you touch on taste and quality of imported hashes and those made by different methods. You'd probably be very interested in the new water hash machine by 'The King of Nepal' or TKON. When I met the bloke I must admit I didn't like him (ask Owderb ) but his machine does have a lot of merits which I've concidered a lot recently when making hash making devices. The reason behind it centers on turpines, that which give flavour to dry sifts which are missing from bubbles and full melts. His machine has a collection vial at the bottom which separates but then even he uses coffee filters for collection after. It's turpines that give the flavours many people desire and they are soluble which is the problem.

I'll stop there for the minute but that covers what you said I think, unless I'm missing something.

Holy cow, boss, what a thought...., but in fact it's what the good people here are asking themselves all the time: am I still mssing something? And it's the only question I feel really capable of answering here, and the Answer is "Yes". I am, you are, we are.... still missing something, that is. For the last few years innovations have really been rebounding round this scene, some spectacular, others less so, but all concerned with that vital question. If you'd talked about bubble bags and ice extraction 20 years ago, most "old hands" of the time would have just laughed at you. My POV is that we'd be very short-sighted to think that cannabis and hash extraction innovation stops and starts with the development of a set of catchment and collection bags. Even those fortunately get developed and further perfectionised, in particular by a fortunately inquisitive and pleasantly unignorant Bubbleman. I salute and welcome anyone who, at whatever level of knowledge, continually questions what he thinks he knows and looks for what he thinks he doesn't know yet.

BUT... dear boss, we are in the process of hijacking the SGBBBs "wunderbaren" thread of lovely hash creation, and if I replied to your post properly we'd both certainly be disciplined by admin so with your permission (and I'll wait to get it, being a Good Boy...PM or so) I'd quite like to quote your post into my hash innovation thread next door and let us thrash out the finer points there instead.

But you're obviously jolly good chaps, have made a big debut impression here, and are also obviously enjoying the British way of going about things. thanks once again SGBs. My only visit to Germany was all good - Freiburg was a really friendly place and locals invited us to eat with them and have a smoke. They had lovely Morrocan hash and Thai grass, so for me Germany is memories of 20 years ago and jolly nice weed

I made some screen hash for the first time last grow from trim and leaves using a 43T screen printers screen... it was lovely and I was amazed that I could make some hashish from what I used to throw away! It was only a very little bit but your pictures have inspired me to allocate more 'buds' to this fine art...
need to get me some bubble bags!
