Trying to figure out after each watering when I get the excess drainage water what the PH level is supposed to be when using soil and pure blend Pro vegative food mixed with the bcuzz nutrient root and growth additives.... let me know thanks

If you are using a standard commercial potting compost (I assume this is what you mean by "soil", although "soil" is the word for that stuff in your garden, which is very different from potting compost, and not at all good for growing Cannabis in, indoors), then you can safely ignore Ph. Unless you're water is absolutely off the scale. Compost buffers Ph just right, so no need to adjust. I've never even looked at what my Ph is in over 6 years.
UK water is mostly (99%) sound. In some other countries I gather things are a little different if that's where you are. But here in the UK, forget your PH if in commercial compost.
