Anyone know what this is, spent ages on the web, from what iv read it ranges from calcium def to plants huddled together which they state stunts grow as the plant needs more room. Then on to low humidity and finally someone stated over feeding, need flush, what do you think it is.

Low humidity last few days at 26% and upped by buying a fogger to 41% now, my Ec feeding is 1.3 at 21 days old and occational misting with rhizatonic 4ml per litre, also sprayed with mg last week quite allot, soaked if you will to remove mg def, wondering if iv locked out these plants.

Another interesting thing, these two plants which it has occured on are the smallest and also have very little new root growth compared to the other, weak seeds perhaps, lock out on these two, perhaps flush them.

Gonna do some cloning tommorow and will be using plain water in new prop, so perhaps put these two in with clones and see if flush does the job.

piccies of problem, thought it was lsf but very much doubt it, seen lsf before and this is not it im sure of that, besides with them close to each other would of spread on all of them, especially with misting.

Even a guess would be better than me trying to correct it, never seen this before, just turned up. unsure.gif

Hello mate,
You don't use an ozone generator do you........Only i was looking through the plant problem page, And there was a leaf looking very similar and it said it may be down to excessive ozone.

Other than that dunno.

I just bought a fogger and im sure it wasn't there before that, would that be an ozone jobby thingy, the fog is going all over my leaves and also leaving a little white dust on a couple?

Have a look at the pic under the ozone paragraph Here

Also it says similar to MG deficiency.

Hope that helps.

Well to add to that list there is something called Tobacco Mosaic Virus which causes brown spots and is caused by touching plant leaves with hands and tranference occurs, quite common from what i read.

Unfortunatly it doesn't say how to solve it. doh.gif

Im thinking nutrient lockup although my ph is 6.0 and my ec is 1.3, although didn't mix the solution for 24 hours before applying, wondering if incorrect ph is present although not showing on my meter, a day or so ago, would of thought it would of mixed by now, don't know.

Lot of clouding in the tank, murky although been changed.

Had a read and looked at pics, don't think it is that, from the more and more pics iv looked at it looks like calcium deficinacy, or toxicity, states clouding in tank, brown spots, although these brown spots are also on the veins, although not sure if calcium shows on veins. Also state root growth is stunted which they are.

That or over feeding lol.gif, I think im trying to convince myself that i know what it is, should lay off the weed, i feel like im searching for the holy grail trying to solve this.

Gonna flush the lot tommorow anyway just incase, root growth was coming along excellent last day or so on most of them so bit of a shame, or maybe just flush the effected plants, if not give them calcium and then see what happens. Or perhaps remove the two as they look weak anyway, got enough for flowering.

Hmmm dunno will see tommorow, might experiment on them then bin them, see if i can solve it in spare prop, god help them lol.gif.

How long have they been like that? is it getting worst?

Looks just like my leafs from my last grow and they spread quite quick.

I used dr hornby piranha, which is a root powder but it has trichodermia, which stoped it spreading and getting worst and i ended up with a nice harvest

I think it is Lsf, there are many kinds, they look different. You look like you got what i got at the mo. Look up lsf, tells you all you need to know.
