Hi,
ive been planning a grow after the one im doin has finished, i have a few in mind would like some feedback if not too much too ask, ive been thinking of doing chronic, lowriders, mazar, and either blueberry n bubblegum, not all at once.
and ive been thinking bout doing a purple type strain as i think the look mint, is purple wreck decent, and if u could think of any more i could av look at, want to be a good smoke aswell, obviously

Afaik purple strtains only go purple if they're put to cold air at dark-times during end of flowering.
Use the search function and post in the specific seed banks forums for a more detailed result.
I've heard good thigns about mazar though.

mazar is a fantastic strain not the nicest tasting one maybe but it delivers a mighty couchlock certainly not to be sniffed at.


I found chronic to be a bit mediocre , nothing wrong with it but it doesn't really stand out in any particular way.


bubblegum is fantastic smelling, tasting and yielding , it'll make you grin like a cheshire cat, plants can be a bit big a stretchy though so make sure you have quite a bit of room, not the easiest plant to train either because the branches tend to snap when you try and bend them.


blueberry is similar to bubblegum in terms of high but I found this strain to be a lot less stable with lots of hermies and mutant plants, still a damn fine smoke though with quite a unique flavour.

yeah the Purplewreck does look and sound great, is it a 1 strain grow your gonna be doing?, if your thinking of doing 2 strains i'd be tempted with Reserva Privada Purplewreck and Serious Seeds Bubblegum, having these 2 in jars has gotta look and smell great , Baz

I have some experience with all the strains you just named except Mazar and Blueberry, and my favorite is the Purple Wreck. I live in No. CA, so I have a lot of experience with quite a few purple strains (Grand Daddy Purple, Purple Urkel, Purple Kush, and Purple Wreck), because that's what everyone wants around here, and Purple Wreck is by far the stoniest high. It doesn't, however, turn very purple at all and the taste isn't great...almost gasoline or chemicallyish...and I grow completely organic, so the chemical taste is part of the plant and not anything I did.

Bubble Gum would be my 2nd choice, but I'd try really hard to get a good set of clones. My neighbors have tried Bubble Gum seeds twice now, and they only ended up with one really Bubble Gum smelling/tasting plant each time, and taste and smell is the main reason you would want to go with this strain. A nicely balanced, strong high, but nothing spectacular.

As for the Low Rider and Chronic, they have their purposes, but neither is great weed. Low Rider you probably only want to get if you have area issues and need really small plants. Chronic I'd only go with if you're mostly looking for a large producer, but, from my experience, the Bubble Gum is just as big a producer, with better taste (if you can find the right pheno!) and stronger high.

Just my opinions! And, like I said, I live in No. CA so my versions of these strains might be a little different. Good luck finding something you like!

'baz' yeah ill be doing 2 strains and was thinking of them two together, as ive been reading up on the purple wreck and sounds good, and ive had bubblegum in dam and everytime it tastes great, thanks for the advice.

only reason i was thinking of chronic as ive never come across it and wanted it just cos of dre's album, ha, probs just give it a miss.

and the lowrider as i heard it a quick yield and could stick it in with a grow to get some weed out quick, but still bit unsure bout that.

i think i would be ok as far as head space i have in my cupboard for bubblegum an that.

an the reason i was thinking of blueberry is cos i had bubblegum x blueberry from the grey area in dam an was great and though i might cross one day as an experiment, still a total newbie so wont be any time soon. am i aloud to mention the cafe? if not please say and ill edit.
