hey everybody, i am so excited about my outdoors plans this year!
i grew some low last year and they took about 12 or more weeks , it could be becuase i stunted them at the begining a bit .
has anybody actually managed to get lowryder to grow in 8 weeks in or outside? im reckoning around 10 weeks will probably do it but less the better because i want some bud for the summer!
bring on the growing season.

It's February mate, the first frost will kill them.

After the 15th of May, you shouldn't get any frosts after that. If you don't want your plants to big then plant them abit later on in the year like the end of June or the begining of July:wink:

Lowrider2 takes 9-10 weeks indoors, a few plants may finish quicker.

i planted some MM outdoor too early, they got hit by at least 6 frosts and survived, budding up nicely at the moment where as the ones that escaped the frosts got fucked over in a cold bout of summer shitty weather.
the ones that survived the frosts to begin with didnt even get effected.
i know its not advised to do this but im beggining to think its a good idea.

hmm... ive been considering some lowryder2's this year to give me something to smoke over the summer.
But how reliable is the 9 week promise??? is it reliant on 12/12 or can it still flower under early summer sunlight hours?
cheers -captain

They are autoflowering so 12/12 light does not effect them. They could sprout veg and flower in an 18/6 light cycle. I have seen some ok yields of them aswell for such small plants.

Lowryder is an auto flowering strain, it doesnt need any dark cycle at all. Obviously the more light the better the yield, so your best bet is going to be timing it to go over the longest days. Make sure you dont plant out too early as well, it dont take the cold long to kill your plants.
