I agree this one look very indie and it could be NL but not shure

It is quite impossible to identify a strain by sight like this. It just can't be done. The most anyone could perhaps say is that a plant may be Indica or Sativa dominant. Beyond that, and you're just making it up as you go along.
It really could be any of those strains you mention, or a thousand others. The only real way to find out what it is would be to grow it out and compare the smell, taste and hit of it to others. But even then, you'd never be 100% sure.
