Just getting ready to start my grow waiting on my papaya seeds arriving. I'm doing it in a small room 5 ft square 4.2ft high so was wondering whats the best way to either train, top or trim to keep them low and bushy. Hoping to get 4 females if i get more might just do SOG. Wanting it to be quite a quick grow and decent yield Whats my best option???

Any advice welcome biggrin.gif

Should hav said using 2x enviros for the first couple of weeks in veg 1 blue 1 red 125W and then 400wHPS for remainder of veg and flowering

If i was you and had the time, id go for a scrog topping and training then pruning the underside of the canopy. With a little hard work you will get an excellent yield wink.gif At the moment im doing a scrog with 4x 60 ltr tubs 4 plants in each been vegging for 10 weeks now, thinking of flicking the switch soon. ph34r.gif

I prefer to train my plants, the only bits I prune off are the lower branches that don't get as much light.

Any LST or topping will result in slightly longer veg time (in my experience) so if you want a fast turn around then just go for a straight grow!!

A SCROG sounds like the best option at the moment but can be a hell of a lot of hard work!!
