hi i got this hydro set up and im gonna be transplanting into the system in about aweek, right now i got the seedlings in rockwool and in the propogater..i haved atimer that goes off but the shortest time on it is ten minutes i was looking for 1 that goes off for only 2 to 3 minutes on every hr ..
ten minutes is way to long and probley will drown the roots i n the rockwool, so what i need is a timer that goes off for only 2 to 3 minutes on every hr and that i can raise as the plants get bigger..im in ireland..
thanks

those clay pellets you're using are really free draining so flooding the roots shouldn' be a problem (i'm presuming it's a flood and drain active recovery set up). watering twice a day to start with should also be fine (getting more frequent as they get bigger). experiment and fine tune your set up. it's all part of the fun.
