Currently growing this strain, tis an easy plant to grow in my opinion, being my first grow and all no problems as such, only problem with this strain is you have to add more epsom salts during flowering as it has a tendency to like more magnesium than most strains.

In effect most nutrients do not contain enough MG to cope with the plants needs, the other problem with this strain being feminized is it can turn hermi, have not had a hermi from this strain, but might during late flowering see a few seeds or rather sacks from what iv read from other grows on this strain.

The other problem is depending on height do not vegg this plant for to long, vegged mine for 8 weeks and having issues with height, currently 6 inches from light and looks like im going to have to tie these down, 5ft 3/4 in height at present hoping it will stop growing in height. How the plants have not suffered heat stress or burning as yet is a complete mystery, using a 600w bulb hps.

Really happy though with this strain, trimmed lower leaves to enable more bud sites by removing a few leaf stems which didn't have bud sites just leaves leaving a quite a few on each plant, in effect new shoots will possibly form new bud sites, so far bud sites everywhere I look, well happy with this strain.

I've grown this strain a few times organically in soil using biobizz nutes I've never had to use epsom salts though, why do people always go on about epsom salts ? unsure.gif I've never needed to use them for anything.

Power Plant is a very easy plant to grow it's a reasonable yielder with quite resinous buds, it takes a little longer than the 8 wks stated by dutch passion - I'd say it's closer to 9 , what I love about this plant is the taste which is yummy, it's quite a strong smoke but you can still get on a do stuff I find it's quite suitable for both daytime and nighttime use.

I've grown both Regular and Femmed power plant with no sign of herminess and they can take a fair bit of abuse too.

it can be a bit of a stretchy plant so make sure you can deal with that - either make sure you have a decent bit of headroom if not you can keep the plants quite smallish or try and train them - the plants respond well to various training techniques because the stems and branches are quite supple and won't snap the second you try to bend them .
