OK, so I chopped my tree down Friday night. I knew well into flowering that I would have something special. I'm not sure of the strain but I can tell from the smells and the trichs that it will be plenty nice enough for my tastes. Saturday night I was trying to get some smoke to last me until drying/curing is over. A long-time friend comes over bearing gifts, a jar full of white widow. WOW is all I can say! At first I was positive someone had sprayed this bud with white powder or something. It was just too white and stinky. But I looked up close with a microscope and sure enough, every single dot of white is a trich. I just can't believe how much better than my stuff this WW looks. My stuff absolutely reeked when I cut it down and my hands were black from resin. But there's no way it can be as good as this WW. I wish my webcam wasn't so crappy, you guys seriously wouldn't believe how white this bud is. I've seen pics in magazines of WW buds and they weren't this white. I'll fiddle with my webcam and see if I can't get any decent pics.

White Widow on the left.. A couple early buds I cut before harvest(unknown strain) on the right.
I hope this works, I've never uploaded a pic before.

These pics don't do either bud justice. I need a new cam.

I recently finished a White Widow myself and as the name suggests, it is a white strain, so is usually paler than most other plants!!

If you can get your humidity right down during flower, they will frost up like mad and look the dogs danglies, my RH was between 25-35 during flower, so they seriously frosted up!!

My current grows are running a similar RH and yet again the plants are frosting up like mad, these ones aren't even WW! wink.gif
