I spoke to dude in the dam. He said you can tell cheese from an extra kink in the serrated edge of the leaf. Difficult to explain. But you know the shape of the leaf (course you do!!!) at random intervals and not on all leafs you get an extra kink in the leaf. Thats a tale tale sign you have original cheese. Not sure if its the same for blue cheese. I do have the kink but to be honest with you mate i dont know if mines is original or blue. Gets me battered though!!!
