It's some kind of pest I think, aphids if I remember rightly.

Taste it if you dare, should be sweet.

Thanks for the info Dr Benways.

i have them getting checked out right now to see if there is an infestation.

if there is an infestation what do i use to get rid of them or is it a case of them being in their 9th week of flower so just leave them ?

i think they need at least another 3 weeks as i am just getting some trichs turning amber .

if anyone can offer advice it would be gratefullly received . thanks Bush Cat wink.gif

From the knowledge base Bush Cat. Hope it helps, if anyone knows where to buy ladybirds/bugs for biological control can you pipe up? They eat spidermites too.

Aphids:
Signs of an infestation:
Stunted, curled leaves. Aphids use piercing mouthparts to suck sap from the Phloem. Ants often accompany aphids (Ants help transport aphids around), and will also need to be controlled. Aphids secrete a sugar-like ?honeydew?, which make the undersides of the leaves sticky.

How to get rid of aphids:
Use sticky traps (i.e. No Pest Strip) for prevention and detection. Beneficial insects like ladybugs can be used to naturally control an infestation. A soapy spray (i.e. Safer?s Soap or detergent in warm water) can also be used to suffocate them.

Summary:
? Suck plant sap
? Cause stunting, leaf curling
? Leave honeydew deposits on leaves
? Ants in the grow room

thanks for the info Doc wink.gif

i had a good check over the girls last night and i couldn't find any wee beasties and my mate has ben looking since tuesday and he aint spotted any either

from looking at some other pics of aphids leaving sticky goo, mine doesn't resemble them at all.

my blobs of goo are like thick droplets where the pics had a very thin coating spread about and like trail marks in it

so i'm pretty baffled at what it is.

Any chance of a pic, someone might be able to see from that?
