Hi Everyone,

Ive never delved into Medi Use before but Ive been talking to my mum a fair bit lately about weed, she has suffered from cerebral palsy all of her life and she also has Arthritis and a bad bladder too.

She's keen to try out weed to see if it helps but Ive never heard much about weed being used for cerebral palsy before, anyone got any experience they could enlighten me with?

She is also worried about her bladder though, I dont think weed has ever affected my (normal) bladder, will weed affect hers at all?

Cheers guys, DB!

Not had a great deal of experience with cannabis in helping with CP but with the one guy BB assisted did find great benefit, it would also assist with pain relief caused by the arthritis, it wont help the bladder but it may not have much effect. Suggest she goes to the toilet before trying it

If she smokes baccy then give her a joint, a little at a time and get her to talk to you about how she is feeling

If she's a non smoker then vaporiser or eating it is the better option

Giving it a try is not going to do her any harm and the benefits could be well worth it

Good luck

Saddam

Thanks for the input guys, I forgot to say that she is a very non-smoker, never has & never will I think. I suggested the vaporizer to her and she was intrigued, I haven't tried one yet but I am going to invest in one when I have some cash but that won't be for a while so a bong or just a spliff may be in order first off.

Saddam, thanks man, shes an inspiration to me because of how she gets on with life as best she can, lets hope good ol' Mary Jane can make life better for her. biggrin.gif

I shall let you all know how it goes. 13.gif

As she's a total non-smoker I'd say some canna-choc might be the best way to go
