planning on germing some sage n sour seeds

would it be ok to germ the seeds in light mix in 3 inch pots

wait till the roots show

then repot to allmix in 4 litre pots

then repot in allmix in 11 litre pots

this sound ok??

Sounds to me like a bit too much of a quantum leap going from germing in 3" pots then straight to 4L ones - I think that you should consider a more gradual increase in pot size as you're going up.

other than the size of the pots this sound good??

should i add one more step b4 the 4 litre pots

not going against your advice but my cheese plants handled the jump pretty well

but would of had more roots if you didnt = more yield

fair enough but i must admit that biobizz rootjuice did a pretty good job considering

just try using a pot in between as suggested on a couple, give them all the root juice and see if it makes a difference
