I just want to write about the service I have got from mandala seeds. I have ordered mandala #1 and satori directly from them about 1 and half month ago.
I sent the money in cash as they wanted.

They sent me a mail saying that instead of £25 in the envelope there was £15, nothing wrong with that, it was probably my fault and I do trust that I must have sent the wrong amount of money.

In response to their email and my probable mistake I have asked if they could just send some mandala#1 and be done with it.
They said that was ok as the £15 would cover the all costs for the seeds and P&P.

In the meantime we had a lovely post office strike going on so I patiently waited it out.
It's been 3 weeks since the strike finished but no sign of seeds.

I have tried to contact them the last couple of days via email but got no response. Maybe they think I am trying to get some free seeds and screw them by £15 but that's not the case I have another £15 to spend if I want more seeds!!!

Now, I don't want the seeds and at this point I couldn't care less but if it was me running mandala I would have responded to the emails and I would probably have sent another batch of seeds out no questions asked.

if anybody at mandala sees is reading this can you please at least respond to it?

Some people are away from computers for more than a couple of days you know. If it's a business chances are they might take a few days to catch up with the back log. Give it another day or two, pretty sure it's only two folk at mandala.

I've had two expensive items go missing over the strike periods recently, it does happen.

true about the backlog but I have sent a mail 3 days ago about it and 1 today with no response. true also about losing stuff in the post because of the strike and I think that's what happened.
I guess we can't really do an insurance on seeds can we?

well we'll see if mandala mike has anything to say about it.

p.s. I am not saying they are bad I just would like to get it sorted and start growing some of their stuff

I ordered my Satori through uk420 and they came very promptly indeed.

I think I might have to order via 420 do you guys use your credit cards while shopping for seeds? is the 420 seed bank safe in that sense?

You can use a CC in the UK420 shop, and AFAIK it's perfectly safe and discreet and no mention of canna or seeds will appear on any statements or invoices.

Another alternative at the UK420 shop is to pay by direct bank transfer - all you have to do is get the UK420 shop bank details from Joolz or the Shopkeeper, and then as soon as you have paid the amount into the account, your order will be dispatched to you. A really good payment alternative for those who don't have or don't like using plastic.
