would it be ok to veg my seedlings with a red spectrum ecolight? i know its not ideal but i only plan on vegging them for a week or two, will it be ok? i cant afford to buy one for vegging, any help would be brilliant thanks

It'll be fine mate. There will be more space between nodes but it won't be a problem just keep the bulb as close as poss.
