Cheers Burns, i dunno how long to use it for tho, I normally use it at full
whack during week 5 for 1 week. I was thinkin on the 10wk i'd go full strength during
week 6 or 7 but on the 12 n 14ers i'd maybe go 1/2 strength 4 or 5wks before chop
then upto full the week after, so 2 wks use in total..
